• All orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance for pick-up.
• Pick-up orders must be collected within the specified time frame. Failure to collect orders may result in cancellation and no refund.
• We do not offer shipping services. Customers are responsible for arranging their own transportation for pick-up orders.

3. Delivery for Bulk Orders and Food Service

• Delivery services are available for bulk orders and food service arrangements.
• Delivery must be preplanned and scheduled in advance.
• Additional charges may apply for delivery services.

4. Payment

• Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
• We accept payment via credit cards and bank transfer.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations of orders can be made at any time.
• A cancellation fee of 50% of the total order amount will be applied to cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
• Refunds may be issued for cancellations made, minus the applicable cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
